Morphy Richards 40739 Comfigrip with Tip Technology Iron

This was a really great buy. I have recommended it to my friends & family. with this iron my time spent ironing has been dramatically reduced which is fantastic as I hate ironing! Anyone who is looking to buy a steam iron, I can honestly say Buy This One as it is also good value for money.

I got this at £20, which was a great price for an MR iron. It works. It's not exciting but it's just an iron after all. I've had no difficulty checking the water level. I'm told it's heavy but i'm not much of an ironer so can't really compare, it's weight is certainly not prohibitive. I don't spend long enough ironing anything to commend the 'comfigrip' nor have i gotten sufficient use from the 'tip technology'. It does what it does and it does it well.

It is a lovely iron comfortable to hold and does the job well, but it is very hard to see where the water level is.

Iron arrived promptly. Good instruction leaflet. Takes a lot more water than my old iron, and, deep joy, does not leak, so don't need to keep filling it up too often. It is excellent to use, and I don't find it too heavy. The steam and spray functions work well, and though nothing will ever make ironing a pleasure, it is now much less of a chore. Definitely a good buy!
